Predominantly a Latin American coffee, the medium-dark roast brings out notes of dark cocoa and toasted grains, balancing with a jammy fruit note and a shimmer of spice. The design of this limited collection represents Chiara Ferragna's vision of Milan as a place of artistic heritage, luxurious lifestyle and timeless elegance.
This coffee uses the Split Roast technique. Most of the coffee is medium roast, while the smaller portion, consisting of a portion of robusta, is roasted to a very dark degree. Both splits achieve this profile with a medium roasting time.
A classic combination of notes of roasted flakes and cocoa, hinting at bread and dark chocolate. A hint of fruit and spice makes this extremely complex blend elegant.
