Infiniment Espresso starts with Colombian Arabica, carefully grown in Tolima, a region that is carefully researched. With its high altitude, volcanic soils, shade trees and quality preserved through selective hand picking, Tolima coffee offers so much to roasters.

The coffee mixture is divided into two batches to be used for split roasting. The first batch contains most of the green beans and is roasted to a light profile, while the second batch is smaller but roasted darker to bring out the desired intensity, creating an overall balanced roasting.
