Coffee from Brazil receives a light-medium roast, which preserves the softness and all the malty notes of cereals, characteristic of the Bourbon variety. Washed coffee beans from Colombia are briefly roasted to reveal subtler aromas. A fine grind gives this harmonious lungo a silky texture and another hint of intensity.

The black color of the Vienna Lungo coffee is suitable for many recipes with milk or whipped cream, and the taste is perfectly combined with pastry desserts.
