Thanks to the highly contrasting technique of split roasting, the strong and amazing aromatic potential of these coffees is balanced. One part of the blend is created by a long dark roast, while the other is roasted faster and easier with a precise balance of temperature, roasting time, and bean color to achieve a balance of flavors.

Barista Creations Scuro is sufficiently roasted, but its intensity is tempered by the delicate sweetness of milk. Therefore, you can create a magical rich cappuccino or latte macchiato.
