Brazilian Arabica becomes softer when it rests before export. Medium roasting softens the cereal notes and turns them into notes of sweet biscuits. And the washed Arabica from Colombia emits wonderful notes of fresh red fruits. A medium roast and grind complement these flavors and create a perfectly balanced espresso.
